Not going to pretend to know much here, but do you have a good chair that gives your proper support? I have the same issue, and I know I need to get a new chair since mine does not support my back well at all (hence I end up slumping forward a lot, but $$).

You should force yourself to sit straight, isn't easy, but worth it. Not that I ever tried that :I
