I need a plugin(Idk how to search effectively) that forces tf2 server to precache a material I define in a cfg file and forces clients that connect to download said material file(vtf and vtm files). I'm trying to create a custom mvm class icon, I found where their stored and how their named but client's don't download material or it doesn't seem to get precached.
Edit: Also a command to tell me if the material was precached.
