Yes, that works fine if you don't want voice icons at all, but this plugin is for those who want voice icons, but also want spies to not have them when cloaked or disguised.

whats your alltalk setting? Do you use any other plugins that modify player voice broadcast? Also, what specific issues?

This isn't working for me either. Alltalk is always on for our server.

Sorry about that, fixed the problems with sv_alltalk 1 and a couple other things. First post updated with new version(1.0.2)
