Can you make swap team base on time, for example: mp_timelimit 60, then swap team will be made in 31 minutes

I tested and see some bugs:
- for example: mp_timelimit 30 after 8 rounds, timeleft is 30 minutes (time left is right about 15 minutes)
- till 9 round, all scores is delete, I like keep scores
- till 9 round, open votemap (normal votemap is end of map)
my english is bad for you to understand.

- This plugins is based on mp_maxround, so mp_timelimit is no need to set so...
When i got much time.
I'll trying to make both of timelimit and maxround mode.

- 9 Rounds I use sv_restartround to make players know that
thier team has been switched so score will reset,
I'll trying to figure how to keep score.

- About the votemap I don't know what's your mean..

Maybe, whether it is possible to do something like mr 15 except that if the team wins suppose tt 13:2 and in the next half to win 3 rounds is the end of the map?

That would be awesome, and if it was possible to change map to nextmap on mapcycle, this would be one of my favourite plugins in here.
