[PAID] Voteban/Votekick/Votemap Plugin

I am looking for at minimum a fixed version of this plugin. http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=632031

It is not working, and as many people have mentioned you cannot voteban or votekick people.

The basevotes plugin included in SM has vote map, vote kick, and vote ban. What additional functionality did you want on top of that?

Base plugins have votes made for admins, plus I don't want a vote yes or no for a ban, I want a nomination based system like mani had, this is the only plugin that has that functionality.
