Well, it's possible the connection issue is within your server... but I'd wager if you haven't done or installed anything funky that the issue is your game traffic being dropped before it reaches your server. If the issue is with your host it doesn't sound like they will look into it unless you can provide some proof.

Any details on how the filtering is configured? Do you have both filtered addresses and unfiltered addresses?

Do you happen to have another service with the same host, preferably in the same subnet?

I just realized you're with NFO. So even if the issue is on their end I'm not sure they're going to be able to change much to fix it. As an aside when I briefly had a server with them I had (infrequent) connection issues which they told me was a result of DDOS attacks (I forget whether they were targeted at me specifically or another customer of theirs at the same location). What I experienced was different from what you described in the OP - the connection would go in and out rather than dropping out entirely for a solid 3-4 min.

You could try changing locations or reinstalling your box, if you haven't already.

Ive rebooted the box many times, if that's what you mean. Every time the server "crashes", I reboot it.

There should be an option to reinstall Windows. You might have to submit a ticket for it. You'd want to make sure you backup your plugins and configs for when you reinstall the TF2 server.

set "Logging" to "off" in addons/sourcemods/configs/core.cfg for temporary

Okay, so turning off logging didn't seem to do anything.
I also reinstalled my OS, and re uploaded my files, and the crashes still happen.
