Okay, so this is the normal line that keeps printing when the server is responding:

(# are numbers between 10 - 25 almost everytime)

When the server "crashes", nothing changes.

Okay so connectivity to the box is probably OK.

Does your provider have DDOS protection?
What do they give you in terms of managing the box/server? Are you able to RDP into the box or access the server console in some way?

Yeah, they do provide protection.
Well, they give me pretty much everything, I believe. I can connect to the computer with the Remote Desktop Connection app. Is that what you mean?

When the disconnects are happening have you checked the server console to see what's going on?

Yeah, it just says connection timed out.

Is the server console responsive? e.g. you're able to type status/stats/whatever and get output? I'm guessing it is since you're able to see the clients timing out.

If the server is pingable (we tested and it was) and the application is responsive (based on your answer to the question above) then it may be the DDOS protection filtering when it shouldn't be. You could try asking your host if they see anything at the timestamps you've gotten the drops.
