[CSGO] Disappearing Weapons?

Ever since I first tried running SMAC with CSGO months and months ago, I have been having an issue with guns disappearing randomly. In almost all instances, the guns won't reappear unless the client reconnects to the server. I was wondering if this is a known bug, if there are any fixes or if there are any planned fixes coming in the future?

It seems like there are more and more cheaters in CSGO, especially since the microtransaction market opened up. We have quite a bit of traffic on our servers, not to mention I would like to run SMAC on my private server for scrims as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

To add some information, I am running several CS:GO servers all with SMAC and have not had this issue arise. Of course that does not mean it's SMAC that is doing it, but I would suggest offering up:

I can confirm that anti wallhack plugin is causing weapons to disappear in csgo, I disabled this from my server because of it
