Is it possible to use [Level Ranks] for a surf server?

If the server has a ranking system with points, can this plugin read that points and assign a specific rank?

Else.. can this plugin be changed to give points for finishing the map / making a record or some surf stuff?

I think this would be a great ranking system for surf servers.
