Thanks guys, they are both applicable.

The warmup period is controlled by mp_do_warmup_period - if its set to 0, its turned off.

If its set to 1, then you can use mp_warmuptime to set how long its for. The minimum warmup time is 5 seconds

What do you mean they didnt work, did you change it in the gamemode config also?

Yea i changed it in server.cfg
and in my gamemode cfg

mp_do_warmup_offine "0"
mp_do_warmup_period "0"
mp_warmuptimer "0"
