[TF2] motd keeps going back to default after update

Past two updates since toolchain update my motd's keep going back to default. And have to keep changing them back manually each time. This is in my batch script

Do you enter the motd into one of these files?

motd_default.txt
motd_text_default.txt

Cause u shouldn't! use this command in your server.cfg and enter the motd into the "custommotd.txt"

motdfile "custommotd.txt"
