You could just simple remove the aiming distance for vips and give something else insteand like more Speed or gravity, i not mean to say something wrong but the mod itself is little boring after you play a while time ( because it was on my server ) .

Removing the distance for VIPs or giving they a instant kill will make them OP. The best way I got was the lower distance than other players.

About the speed and gravity, i'll check it.
