Right now, TF2Items_OnGiveNamedItem only gives you the classname and item index that an item goes in. I think it'd be great if it were possible to retrieve the quality, attributes, and item slot (if that's what m_iInventoryPosition in the source is) of the item and be able to modify attributes rather than have to keep or set all of them.

I know it was stated a while ago that TF2Items was going to get a new API, but it's been some time since anything about it was mentioned.

We're not using the GetPlayerItems API, though... we're accessing CEconItemView directly in memory.
