You have already answered.

Also to skip any cutsom level (but not the first) just use '::' (without quotes) per line.

Nice plugin. Is there any way for me to edit it so that the sounds are not automatically downloaded by each client? (I have my own way of getting the sounds to them and I don't want them all going out at once since players have a tendency to quit before downloading lots of custom sounds).

Yep.
Code:
#define _PRECACHE
->
Code:
//#define _PRECACHE
Also this plugin should be updated with CreateHudSyncObj() to avoid overlapping. ASAP as usual.

Plugin is updated to v1.1.4 [2008-01-14]:

! avoid overlapping of announcer messages
+ added cvar 'pks_log' to control logging of streak events avoiding
dependence on 'mp_logdetail' cvar value which exists in CS/CZ mod only

Unfortunately this plugin works only about 20% of the time. Certain players trigger the streaks/sounds only some of the time. Very inconsistent.

I would love it if it would work correctly.

For me it works correctly.

What are your environment details where my plugin works wrong?

Well I am running HLDM1 with the latest version of metamod installed.

What I find weird is that the sounds are played/not played so randomly..the message is always displayed properly but most of the time there is no sound. It seems to be a hit-or-miss occurence.

I tried putting the plugin at the top of the plugins.ini list just to try something but nothing.

I'm thinking about having other awards from UT2004 like Head Hunter (for example, 20+ Head shots).

Maybe you have already included "Head Shot" in your upcoming Preset Multikill...

I got exactly same problem.
Hopefully mod author shows up here sometimes.
