How do I see how many fps the server is running?

And if I don't remember wrong, in game: net_graph 1 to 5 settings.
CSGO have restriction to those values, there is cvar to "unlock"

And... command stats.
To server console. Use rcon.

I'm using the linuxgsm script and when I run it doesn't run the same on windows, in the stats command it is always 128 and if I switch to tickrate 64 it is also 64 I think it only shows in the tickrate

And I remember, server hosts was trying offer "1000 fps" servers with higher cost, and you didn't get any beneath.
