Does the MOTD still work for CS:GO? The MOTD no longer appears by default on my servers.

Also I noticed WebShortcuts requires Steambot to work. Has anyone found a version of web shortcuts that does not require Steambot?

MOTD removed from game.
Now, inserted link in motd.txt, displays as button for opening web-site in Steam Overlay, in Score Table (TAB).
