Hi, my question is if someone can made a new predator mod
which choose a random player to be the predator.
Which spawn on a other place in the map.
to kill all players and the gameplay for CT and T is normal.
Predator is made to mess up for them They will sure be crazy so
everyone going to kill the predator first...
Anyway, I got Predators spear gun, wrist blade, net gun, predator player model with blade,
and the official predator sounds from Aliens vs Predator 2.

Here is my ideas which popup in my head:
1. The predator have more HP, Armor.
2. Invisibility (like the Invisibility man plugin in SuperHero Mod by AssKicR.)
3. Replace the weapons with the custom models, plasma cannon with "sprites/explode2.spr" file when the plasma exploding (need to bind a key to shoot with the plasma cannon and a limit to shoot every minut, like 10 every minute) and of course sound when he shoot and the plasma exploding.
4. And if he camp so do it play a random idle sound.
5. Replace the pain sounds.
6. Replace the death sounds.
7. Red, Blue, Green, Normal visions.


The net gun do I don't know if you can made so the player get catch by a net.
So I have no idea what you can do for the net gun if it doesn't work to catch the player with net and hold the guns fire.

Wow, a predator mod wit this stuff would be fucking awesome!

Here's some of my ideas, which I do myself a lot of the time with the predator mod on my cz server which is 69.65.32.217:27015

The game:
*1 predator for every 5-8 people
*Predator is neary invisible, can choose from selection of different predators
*Has 300 hp and 500 ap
*Whoever kills the predator, becomes the predator
*Predator is always ct unless specified
*Predator has super speed
*Silent movement

I suggest also that:
*You can specify predator to be t on maps in a .ini file(of cfg...depends)
*Predator always gets 3 plasma shots, unless specified
*Plasma sprite is pretty gay, and stops with every little thing it touches...should be smaller, and look better...(I'm refering to the plasma in the original old pred mod)
*Net is shot out of utility on predators wrist...(is really is)


And**
The blades, in your pic they are on the right hand, but I think that they are reversed, becuase when I am right handed, they appear on left, and whne I choose left, they appear on right, also, I think the model itself needs some touch up work to make the hand look like a predator hand(http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/m...iser/17722.jpg) and the blades look like the predators blades(http://movies.infinitecoolness.com/0...predator07.jpg)


I think that if this is made, this will be an awesome mod.

This "New Predator Mod" would be awesome with this fun stuff. The net gun is probably not possible, but a net, maybe a spider web, thats already there on a corner or something (maybe an admin can spawn it wherever and it saves to an ini file in configs) is possible. It would need a spider web model, and a trigger to occur when a player runs into the web.

you can delete it stalker, and btw I am making an AvP mod ;) look in my sig gonna be an experienced base mod with Predator, alien, and marines as the classes. Makes me happy in the pants just looking at the code

i will prolly use these models/sounds though mind making some plasma explosion sprites since, as stated, the other ones I have SUCK?

Also, can you re-compress AND re-upload those models/sounds? everytime I download them I get an "Unexpected end of Archive" error, and if possible compress them into a .rar
