A free software protecting your kids. Place BAT and EXE file to C:\Users\%name%\..., anything excluding Pictures, Documents, Downloads and Desktop.

This software will close any window containing adult content.
It has a null CPU usage and RAM remains unchanged.
This program will start when PC starts.
It logs to Logs.log the time and the page's title in case of anything wrong happens.
This should be working on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and newer.
It's a hidden program. You need to close it using the Close.BAT file.

Source code is uploaded on Paste Bin.
You might want to scan it using Virus Total if you think it's something wrong with it.

good but. ever heard of crawler parental control? i guess not.

Also for future improvements please add an option to disable this. I ran to test, and couldn't open my task manager. For those who run this and can't stop it go to regedit and find this path, delete the registry and restart pc. "Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion \\Run"

If you want to "hide" the process, you can rename the program such as "conhostt" or something like the default system programs just add an extra letter

I find it hard to believe that you would be able to compete with a corporate level program that has the same goal (no offense). There are many programs to do this for you.

WTF? Isn't this what malware does? Say it does one thing and then it screws with other programs that are not related, in any way shape or form, to the application itself?

Why in the world would a CyberNanny-like program have anything do do with changing the priority of completely unrelated programs???????? Also, there is no good reason to change the priority of Steam, it's a fucking social network/store. Same with Skype, it doesn't need to have high priority to function correctly.

Agree with fysiks on having a nanny program changing application priority. "Safe" is such a relative term. The best bet for this is to actually monitor what your kids are doing. Also, most tech savvy kids growing up in this generation will know how to kill a process, especially those who would be nosing around the internet for "unsafe" things.

Done. Other features have been removed.
On Linux, Skype changes its priority class to High in order to work well. That's just in case you don't already know.

Joshknifer, there could be kids without any knowledge that might click on a wrong advertisement Google or Bing show them.
