Mani-style? Please use technical terms; there are server plugin/vgui panel menus (like with hl2dm), and show menus (also called hud menus, or incorrectly, "amx menus").

server plugin menus will be available when MM:S 1.4 is released (this week). showmenus can be done using the usermessage functions.

a clean menu API similar to amxmodx's will be abstracted sometime in the next two weeks, it's a high priority issue.

Not yet familiar with technical terms, sorry.
Seems like I'm mostly interested in HUD menus though I would prefer to wait for API rather than do usermessage magic.
