make sure you have the latest amxx version installed. if so, try reinstalling amxx and all the football files/plugin. If this doesnt work post your logs here

The plugin was running fine for a day, then I started getting this bug also. I didn't touch any files on the server. Using amxx 1.8.1 nightly build with all modules enabled.

Here's what I did to fix it, add this to grenade_throw():
set_pev(greindex, pev_dmgtime, 9999999999);

EDIT: Nevermind, that just caused more problems.

EDIT2: Found the bug, you never registered FM_Touch to pfn_touch().. I would also recommend you rename pfn_touch and pfn_think to something else
For everyone else besides plugin author, put register_forward(FM_Touch, "pfn_touch"); in plugin_init()
Also, in pfn_think, change return PLUGIN_HANDLED to return FMRES_SUPERCEDE and PLUGIN_CONTINUE to FMRES_IGNORED
