GetClientOfUserId returns either a valid client index or 0, IsValidClient call is useless, and is a waste of resources.

Also I don't believe there's a reason to disable instant defuse for bots. Overall mine is probably better as I don't see any fixes or adds relative to mine. Especially when I get mine to work with updater ( optionally ), autoexecconfig ( optionally ) and clientprefs.
