I don't know how to fix this or what is wrong.

when I make an admin on sourcebans the admin has no powers in game.

when I ban in game the bans do not save to the banlist on my sourcebans

so there is no communication between my server and the sourcebans and vice versa.

any ideas?

and I can't find an sourcebans.log either.

check the debug connection file and ensure everything shows ok.

Sounds like you have not completed the install of Sourcebans.

There's lots of stuff to worry about before it will run perfectly. SQL, PHP, Webserver, Sourcebans config, databases.cfg, and so on, and so on..
