I downloaded the latest stable builds, for a TF2 server, from Here and Here I am using a Local "Listen" server and I also used the Make a VDF file for MM:S. Hop in the server I use meta list and sm and nothing shows up. Help?

download and install the dedicated server to run sourcemod.
