[CS:S/CS:GO/...] Spawn Protection V 1.5 + CS:GO Support

Hey,

i only added CS:GO Support to Spawn Protection Plugin by Fredd
All Credits go to Fredd.

I wrote him a PM long time ago that he should add CS:GO Support but he didn't answer. I think he is inactive.

Supported Mods:
CSS
TF2
HL2 DM
INS
DOD
CS:GO

Cvars
sp_on - turns on/off spawn protection (Default 1 = on)
sp_time - amount in seconds till spawn protection is off(Default 5)
sp_notify - turns on/off notification (Default 1 = on)
sp_color - lets you set the color of the players when they are protected, "red green blue amount" amount is like transparency (Default = "0 255 0 120") max value for each field is 255...

Spawn Protect only for CT Team [Good for Server like Zombie Riot]

For me and other People ;)
I have no problem when other People can use that Plugin too ;)

in cs:go only works the green color?

We used pink which worked fine:

sp_color "255 20 147 60"

The one thing this is missing is the ability to disable protection when the protected starts shooting like sm_ggdm_spawnprotection.smx does.

Hello,

the plugin doesn't work on CS:GO.

When the freeze time, the plugin is working (we see people in green), but after this time, the plugin doesn't work..... BUT, if someone is spawning, it's working !!!

Please, check if you can fix the plugin !

EDIT: when i disable the freezetime, the plugin works greatfully !! BUT, i prefer you to fix the plugin working when there is a freezetime (because i want the freezetime on my server).
