1st Question :

We see there are many launch options for Hlds server but they have different start parameter.
some commands start with "-" and some with "+".

Does anyone knows the difference?

Please share your knowledge

What if I try "-" command with "+" as start parameter.

It work same way as you type it in server console input.
I don't remember what happen in hlds, but srcds will show error "unknow command" when type wrong cvar/command name
