i saw people playing hl2 OST and tf2 OST in game with some plugin. anyone know what plugin this is? (P.S. its not jukebox or something, it can only play music in the game files.)

EDIT: It maybe couldve been even a complicated console command, idk

At the server console, type in: sm_playsnd "filename"

TF2 example for HHH 'BOO!' sound: sm_playsnd "vo/halloween_boss/knight_alert.mp3"
TF2 example for Crazy Laugh sound: sm_playsnd "/items/halloween/crazy01.wav"
TF2 example for mellow TF2 song: sm_playsnd "/ui/gamestartup6.mp3"

it says unknown command. Is the command a plugin because i tried searching for playsound plugins and found nothing.
