We have a jailbreak server where we want to restrict the players to join CT UNLESS they meet the ingame rank requirement (We use level-ranks plugin and we want SEM as required rank to join CT).

Is that such thing possible? And does such plugin exist or would it have to be written from scratch?

Or is it easier to restrict by ingame playtime where as spectator time doesn't count
