After playing a few maps with this gamemode, here's my thoughts:

* It's way too easy to tell if another player is a hitman or not by looking at their guns. Everyone just shouts "SHOW YOUR GUN" in the beginning. Perhaps a randomized weapon setup could make this more difficult?
* If there's a decent amount of players and the hitman gets a target on the other side of the map it's hard to not get non-target kills. Perhaps we could have a ratio of 2 targets if there's over X amount of players playing?
* It's annoying to be a hitman and not being able to walk. (as that enables slow-mo) Perhaps another button or even a bind for it?

I had a lot more ideas/thoughts whilst playing it, but that was a few hours ago and now I'm too tired to think.

About weapons: Just change the Hitman's gun and all.Do randomly results

About the weapons, look at rodyas comment, how about I select the closest player to the hitman as target? And what button do you think would be optimal for slowmo.

when round starts hitman player model sometimes shown and sometimes not shown. waht is problem?

I would advise not setting sv_cheats to 1 as there are certain console commands a client can run to change the rcon password when enabled.
