Yes, got this installed on 3 10vs10 servers on Linux.

Not tested, but if you simply increase the number of weapons to 10 in the cfg and there should be no problems

Next job, get all weapons workin on all maps really doubt I can do this via a mod tho

I was playing on scavenge with the old version, and the melee weapons only spawned for the first team to play each round. Would the updated version fix this?

Possibly, tho I don't know...
It should run on round start, I presume this is called at the start of scavenge rounds?

100% agreed. The plugin is nice for those that miss it but if your looking for a challenge I wouldn't advise against using it.

Yes and no, if your using a vinalla server, than yes having less melee weapons is good as it makes it harder, but on my server the infected are allot harder and can do more things, thus making it impossible to get to the end without melee weapons...

Well its a melee plugin, so no
