I bought this game because it was very cheap ($3.95) via Steam. I'm having some troubles loading it though, and Steam's support ticket system for this game is down. When I load the game it only works 10% of the time. The other 90% just shows me a black screen, it looks like it'll load it but the game eventually crashes and turns out to be 'Not Responding'. Anyone have a solution?

Be realistic... Go to steam forums and get support? That's just blasphemy .

I told him [chris] to update his drivers (video) and to ensure video settings were properly configured.

Anyway, there are some other problems and I'm pretty/almost 100% sure it's a graphics problem as he said there was some error/statement with "Shader Model 2.0" which attributes to the shader models drawn by the video card.
