Hey guys! I know this isn't the right section, but I don't know where to search! Well I would like to know if you guys recommend any tutorial teaching how to create sprites!

This is what I use to view sprites but you can use it to create sprites aswell (I know its not a tutorial but you will need a program anyways...), I dont know anything about making one so have fun finding out.
