Your problem is that your IP is a local IP address, in that case you can't do anything at all.

127.0.0.1 = [error]
192.168.0.1 = [error]

If so,

For those who do NOT want to show their country in chat, we can add their SteamID(s) in some either .ini or .cfg files so, their country will NOT be appeared anymore.

Also, replace [error] with [Unknown Country] or [Lan] (Just like GHW Connect Message).
