I am going to assume you tested it with less than 4 people as anything more than that will generate "Index out of bounds" errors on SzIP, SzGeoIP2, and SzGeoIP3. This is a major error as it prevents the plugin from working correctly.

I just said that if you want help to fix errors, make a post in scripting/help section.

About credit, you borrowed code from admin chat color from Arion, this is obvious, you used the same bad method.

Your plugin :

public MsgDuplicate(id){ return PLUGIN_HANDLED; }

Arion plugin :

public avoid_duplicated (msgId, msgDest, receiver)
{
    return PLUGIN_HANDLED
}

That's is the bad way you use and that is also used in Arion's plugin, but may be you find this way in another plugin.
Anyway, blocking this message is not acceptable since it is not only use by chat system.
And the plugin is unapproved because of other errors.
Also, why are you naming all var by the begining 'Sz' ? It makes your code more difficult to understand.
