I still have the same problem and when i type /server it sayz to that the manual command is being set off and i clearly triple checked thats ON

and my serverlist.ini looks like this

Can some1 tell me where's my mistake.

you set nomanual=1 so you told it not to allow manual redirections there. the same with automatic redirections when you set noauto=1
