This message is addressed to every single server owner who use ASteambot and it's plugins to create some harms such as GOD F*CKING DAMN SPAM !

Please, don't continue doing that, Steam will simply DESTROY EVERYTHING I DID (that's ~1 year of work from now) because some STUPID people thought that it was OK to invite 2-3 more people in there SHITTY GROUP full of SPAM.

I did but I thought, people would be enough bright/respectfull to not break the rules and not give another reason to Steam to add even more restrictions.

You do NOT need to edit database.cfg.

My database is like this:

My cfg file is like this:

You didn't downloaded the whole thing because steamtrade.dll is not present in the same folder as Asteambot.exe. Nothing related to your database.
