A sudden error occurred to me. This is the first time for me to do this.
also deleted the SDownloadTable and checked to see if there are any missing files, but I can't find any problems at all Help me out. My srcds are doing a huge spam on that error.

StringTables are hardcoded so you can't.
You can use this code to dump (works like dumpstringtables command) stringtables into file.
