I installed revision 162 and while it does decrease the amount of time it takes for the bans page to display, cpu usage for mysqld is still hitting 100%.

EDIT: I ran some more tests and here's what i found:

1. With no bans, it loads immediately with no cpu usage.
2. With 360 bans, cpu usage still spikes to 100% for about 3 seconds.
3. With 2839 bans (my total amount), cpu usage spikes to 100% for around 19 seconds.

Database Type: MyISAM
Database Charset: utf8
