I seen on other servers before that once caught by the charger he starts slamming you very fast but does low pummel dmg each hit and i tried searching the website for any public plugins that do this but there isn't any only thing, only found a cvar for charger's pummel per hit dmg which is normally 15 but the plugin i request would have to be able to change the chargers animation speed (which has no l4d2 cvar for it) to be fast (if possible customizable speed) as well have his dmg be like 2 hp a hit with scaling based on games current difficulty like easy,normal,hard, and impossible(expert) any info related will be appreciated

Maybe the server changed the charger "m_flPlaybackRate" netprop (usually 1.0).
Probably some other things were done aswell.
