Is it possible to have a plugin register a forward?

i.e. I would distribute an include file so other plugins know how to handle the forward.

CreateMultiForward - is what you will use if you want to send it to multiple plugins.
CreateOneForward - is only if you want to send it to one specific plugin.
ExecuteForward and DestoryForward are the other native that belong with this.
