Neo Reloaded v1.4

Description
Bullet Time - Slow Motion and Bullet Time, when using Neo you can stop bullets!

Neos will have:
  • Slow motion activation on key press
  • Slightly faster speed than non-neos
  • Slightly faster green bullets
  • Bullet stopping of nearby bullets (if that neo has activated the slow motion)
  • Free elites on key press

How do you stop bullets.I do slow motion, but i still get killed?

it only stops a percentage of bullets, not every bullet.

You can increase the percentage by using the CVAR and if you make it 100 it should stop every bullet.

i got a question, how can there be a slow motion mode, does it make everyone slow when you press the key or?

Ooo Ooo, i got a bug. Whenever i enter the "neo" mode and die while im still in slow motion, everyone seems to stay in slow motion for the rest of the round.

it is and I fixed it already :-p, but the fixed version need sh 1.17.6

peoplerpoop is a reg at kingpin so I know him already, hes not a random nub.
