i`m sick of those who are using gl_fog 0 on zombie mode,i installed the plugin,shows that is working,i`m adding in server console amx_cvarrules add gl_fog 1 but it keeps starting with what i begin :USAGE ..etc..what do i have to do?

This plugin was preventing nonsteam people from joining a server that allows everyone. I narrowed it down and now (sadly) i am playing without it. Any reason why/some tech support would be greatly appreciated!
