[TF2] Some players not showing up in the server via game info?

So I have noticed a few players that don't show up in the game info panel on my servers. But if I join the server, I can see them playing normally. I have found out that they have no connection to the item server only when in my servers. And that they will have no admin if I give them it. Does anyone know of this problem and know of a way to fix it?

The no admin part is valve's fault. They released a new ID system today but sourcemod wasn't ready for it.

No it isn't. This is been a problem on my servers since before the update.

So an update. I found out it IS caused by sourcemod. The problem isn't there with a fresh server. But the problem is there even with all the plugins disabled from sourcemod. So I still need some help.

I see this a few times thru HLSW - I sometimes have a server that shows 1 player but if I watch thru console I can see a bunch more... odd.

They aren't being reported by steam in anyway when this happens.

Well that is Steam for you.

There was a logical saying back in the old days. "If it is not broken, then don't fix it!" However Steam does their Updates and always wrecks something when they do it.

Well I still need some way to fix this. Source mod is the cause, but it isn't a plugin. So I'm at a loss as to what part is.
