I was wondering if anyone had any experience coding in java.

I need to know if there is a way, and/or how to use mySQL in java.

Create tables, rows, modify data, the works.
If anyone can help me out, it'd be awesome.
And I could probably throw a few dollars your way via paypal.

1) I do have coding experience in JAVA however it is limited in comparison to my other languages because I did not care too much for it, thereby not putting much effort into it.
2) If you tried googling "MySQL JAVA" the first link explains EXACTLY what you want.
3) Answer to #2: http://dev.mysql.com/usingmysql/java/

P.S. You can PM me for my Paypal ;-)

The link didn't look too helpful. I did already see this link.. But I'm not seeing exactly what I'm looking for.

Correction Slmclarengt, he should of searched for "Java API, SQL" because he is looking for the API in java to communicate with SQL, specifically MySQL but the backend DB host software shouldn't matter too much.

Theres a link to get you started Jheshka

Woot *Necropost*

Can anyone find me a way to connect without JDBC?
I found the java utility "SQL" but it seems... More or less very limited and dependant on JDBC (*Sigh*)

Yeah... Downfall with Java is that it has so many API's that you don't know where to begin looking.
Maybe this link will help you out a bit.
LINK!
