well ive been refomatting and replacing old hardware lately.. so im already quite pissed off with this computer...
but now since reformatting my primary drive last weekend... whenever i try and turn off the windows firewall (or the firewall service itself) all the lights on my modem start flashing and it pops up in my taskbar saying network is unplugged or whatever...
and it keeps doing that over and over.. doesnt reconnect at all...
but then as soon as i turn the windows firewall back on, the lights on my modem stop flashing.. and the internet starts working again..
anyone have any possible ideas/solutions as i REALLY dont want to reformat once again.. as im sick of redoing all my settings and crap like that every week now lol...
