found converted models to .3DS format on one forum...

usually i convert models from hl2, or g-mod (or seach like this, converted to some formats, KF models in last pack i convert from Killing Floor game using UT Model Decompiler (again Koshak tutor), KF using Unreal engine...), because he use source engine and similar decompile like CS:S models in Koshak video tutor

here is the model that contain unknown font , i think because of this font, the needed smd can't be extracted when decompiling :
