All Zombie sounds can't be loaded (Hit, Stab, Slash, Miss wall Madness etc ...).

i don't understand this part, but on a server they download normally.

Do the sounds work when called a emit_sound/client_cmd(id, "spk %s", sound)?
If not then try delete and put them back again, check if the sounds' path are correctly and then see if Warning: Unable ... is still there, usually tthat should not affect the sound at all
