Yes, but first you need something to block hackers. You have a full server and hackers and you can do nothing at the moment.

You can kick players ingame through the ingame vote system when you set sv_kick_ban_duration 1440
they will be kicked until the next day, but thats not a solution.

Yea That's such a problem right now.. My servers are full and there is random guys connecting and playing with cheat.

The only way is to kick them consistently or just add them to the banlist and then restart the servers :/

I wouldn't say there is no development, it is more like a preparation stage now.
