Server always changing to corporation?

Ok so for some reason my server just always goes to corporation.

We vote at the end of the round and then it changes maps and goes to corporation...EVERY time. The only way to change maps effectively is through RTV or having an admin change it.

Anyone know what would be causing this?

Do you have the snapshot mapchooser in the plugins folder, the stable one I dont think has the right one for tf2. Do you use any other map manager?
