Hello, guys !
Can somebody to fix this basebuilder base plugin ?
When I use it, at 32/32 players (Server full) - Server is shutting down with this error:
FATAL ERROR (shutting down): SZ_GetSpace: overflow without FSB_ALLOWOVERFLOW set on Server Reliable Datagram

From what i have read, it is an issue with the amount of virtual resources your server is using. Try disabling some 3rd party plugins and see if it still throws an error.

Are you using the official Basebuilder plugin from AlliedModders? If yes, then posting in that respective plugin's thread might help.

Alternative: You can reserve a slot in your server, but don't give the "b" flag to any admin. This way server will be max 31/32. (ANTICHRISTUS's Idea)
