Hello guys, I got really pissed off when Valve decided to start separating keys because this completely broke KV Iteration, after several attempts at writing workarounds I failed and I decided the best way to go about this would be in PHP.
This PHP renders a fixed item_games.txt file which has each occurrence of "items" , "paint_kits" and "prefabs" merged together into one.
It automatically keeps itself updated from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/St...items_game.txt
when Valve pushes a game update.
Since its mostly for personal use I have only included the keys which I need, although upon request I can add any others people need.

You can run a Web Request or something using SteamWorks to retrieve it then do your normal KV Iteration stuff, an example of me doing it is in my CSGO Items API
